Insignia Resource Manager is designed for a resource center in a school district to catalog and distribute resources to school teachers. Staff can print a packing slip, manage advanced bookings, routing, and set up delivery schedules.
Insignia Resource Manager is fully integrated with Insignia Library System, so teachers can search for materials in their school library and the resource center at the same time. It is also integrated with Insignia Digital Asset Manager, thus allowing teachers to search for online databases and digital assets in a single search.
Teachers can use Insignia’s user friendly interface to search for
resources and book items for delivery to their school.
When a teacher requests a date for delivery, Insignia Resource Manager automatically adjusts the delivery date and loan period to fit the schedule.
